Our History

Since the 17th century, Redditch has been recognised for producing and delivering needles and pins of the highest quality across the globe. 

William Smith started the family business back in 1835, in Redditch, and the company has been successfully developing needles and pins for many generations since. You know that you can depend on the knowledge and skills, which have passed on from one family member to another.

As time passes, the industry evolves and new ways of working come into practice to make needles and pins the very best they can be. The current enterprise incorporates  Argee Pointing Services, adding further value and range to the products and services we provide.

All our products are produced by our skilled staff in our two manufacturing plants in Redditch and distributed worldwide.
